SkyTrack Willow Springs

Come and join us on our 4WD trip to Willow Springs Station, nestled in the
upper Flinders Ranges.
This is a self drive station with a 4WD track on the Property.
SKYTREK is an 80km, Self-Drive off road adventure, that takes approxamately 8hrs to do.
With the aid of a self guiding map experience the unique and outstanding features such as
ruins of old shepherd's huts, ochre cliffs, aboriginal etchings, natural springs and the
'original' Willow Springs waterhole.
They also sell bags of wood for sale at $25 per bag or you will need to bring some firewood.
We will be camping at the Grasswren Campsite, which is caravan freindly.
Day Trips Itinerary:
The aim is to cover the SKYTREK one day and the Caernarvon 4 Wheel Drive Track and a
second day. The rest is undecided and we will play as we go.
Please ensure you are carrying all recovery equipment

Bendleby Ranges trip

you will need to be self-sufficient.
We are heading directly to Bendleby Ranges on the Friday night. It would be a good idea to carry some
extra fuel as a back-up if you have a small fuel tank or your vehicle uses a lot of fuel. Last stop for Gas is
available at Orroroo Pro Motors open 24 hours by Card Only.
We have organised a camp site that is secluded, shaded and in a natural setting. Hot showers and toilets
are available close to the shearing shed.
There is a fire ring and long drop toilet at each remote campsite.
We are able to have a fire except on Total Fire Ban days. It is requested that the fire either be manned or
completely extinguished while we are 4wding around Bendleby.
Our camp site is accessible for caravans and campervans so you are welcome to bring them along.

BriGlen Springs

Bri-Glen Springs has been around for many years, Gawler and Districts 4WD Club has
been going there since before 2010. It is a very similar place to Terrowie but it has
more history and old sites to see. Terrowie is literally only 22Kms around the corner.
Bri-Glen is a property just south of Terowie, around 5000 acres in total size. The
owner, Brian Sambell, has offered us the use of a 355 acre fenced area. The enclosure
joins a large creek (Wonna) and a nature reserve, which is leased by the property
owners. We would also have access to drive the many other 4WD tracks on the
Bri-Glen property. This is an awesome opportunity to gain access to another large
piece of land for the use of four wheel driving.
Self-sufficient camping so bring your own food and water as well as your own
chemical toilet. All persons staying on the property must be self sufficient with their
own port-a-potty.

Eagle View

Come and join us on our 4WD Trip to Eagle View 4WD Track.

This is a self drive 4WD track through our Private Conservation Area
The track is designed to be a scenic drive through our rough and rugged country side.
Access to the track requires a 4WD vehicle with low range.
The track is about a 3 - 4 hours drive with many scenic spots to stop and enjoy.

Open Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays from 9am - Bookings Required
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
4WDs must have low range (No AWDs allowed)
4WDs must be road worthy, registered and in good/safe working order.
Conservation Area - No Pets Allowed
This is Private Property any one entering the property must obey directions from the
owners or staff
You must take full responsibility for your vehicle and its passengers
The owners or staff can close and refuse entry to any section of the property and can
terminate access at any time

Argadells Homestead

Argadell’s is a 8000 acre property 28km north of Quorn with a variety of 4wd tracks. NO DOGS/GUNS/MOTORCYCLES ALLOWED. This trip will be approximately 1000km long. There is fuel available at Quorn but the hours maybe shortened during the Easter weekend, so it is advised to carry extra fuel.

Googs

This trip is a driving trip, with lots of bitumen to begin with then over
many sand dunes. Total distance is approximately 1900KM. This trip is
suitable for vehicles that have low range and some clearance. Drivers of
all experience levels can do this track as it ranges from long distance
driving to corrugated roads with easy and difficult sand dunes. There are
not options to take a chicken track around an obstacle. Due to the
remoteness of this trip we recommend being in reasonable health as we
cannot get an ambulance to us and would need to rely on RFDS in an
emergency situation.
